WHATS NEW AT R&B
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Yep, you guessed it… the launch of Room & Board’s newest collection! For 2013, we are seeing splashes of color and pops of pattern with the traditional Room & Board design themes. Let’s just say, it’s magical! I’ve always held a special place in my heart for Room & Board’s classic, contemporary pieces, and each local showroom (located in Chicago, Skokie and Oak Brook) does a wonderful job of creating settings that inspire both the design-savvy and the not-so design-savvy.
Some of my favorites from the new collection:
I’m all about clean lines, and the Finn Dining Chair is just that! Plus, with a comfy gray cushion, no one will every want to leave your dinner parties!
Room & Board focused a fair amount on benches this collection. The Gavin Bench is both GORGEOUS and functional (hello – those drawers?!). The natural wood shines through in true Room & Board fashion.
I like way too many things about the Hutton Sofa… the color, the texture, the tufted seat cushions, the structured arms, should I go on?
Room & Board recently introduced a table top collection, and these bowls by Pigeon Toe incorporate the perfect peek-a-boo color.
I don’t mean to get Rachel Zoe on you, but “I die” over the Pure Linea Cowhide Rug. Also, it’s naturally stain-resistent!
You can never have enough cowhide! The Zinc Chair mixes rustic rodeo with sleek metallic, which I never knew was possible.
