Zapwater Communications has expanded its partnership with Mexico-based hotel operating group Hamak Hotels to represent Perla La Paz, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The agency will lead U.S. public relations for the historic hotel, which is set to open this October following an extensive transformation.
