ZAPWATER CELEBRATES AGENCY-GROWN LEADERSHIP WITH TWO GROUP DIRECTOR PROMOTIONS

CHICAGO, IL (October 26, 2026) – Zapwater Communications is proud to announce the promotions of Lauren Kelly Koch and Camryn Jun to Group Director, recognizing their accomplishments, commitment to client success and investment in their colleagues. Having advanced through multiple roles at Zapwater, both exemplify the agency’s commitment to developing talent and creating opportunities for growth.

Koch has spent more than nine years building her career at Zapwater, progressing from Public Relations Intern to Group Director through six roles. Today, she oversees key accounts in Chicago and serves as a trusted partner to clients and colleagues. Known for her thoughtful approach, dependability and collaborative leadership, Koch combines strategic insight with a commitment to helping her teammates succeed. Her mentorship, strong relationships and deep understanding of the agency have made her an important part of Zapwater’s continued growth.

Since joining Zapwater, Jun has earned several promotions, progressing from Senior Publicist to Group Director.  She has consistently embraced new responsibilities and demonstrated her strengths as a strategist, client partner and team leader. Jun plays an integral role in leading key accounts and supporting the growth of Zapwater’s Los Angeles office. Her sound judgment, collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues have earned her the confidence of both her clients and her team.
