ZAP Bites: Goat Cheese & Thyme Dip
Thanksgiving is just around the corner, kicking off holiday party season. This delicious dip will make you a hit at any gathering. The unique flavor combination of smooth goat cheese, thyme, and white truffle will trick anyone into thinking you spent hours slaving over it, when it reality you can make it in under 10 minutes!
You will need: (*double ingredients for parties larger than 15)
- 1 log goat cheese
- 2 tbsp white truffle olive oil
- 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 fresh baguette, sliced .5in at an angle
Directions: On a stovetop or crockpot, add your goat cheese, white truffle oil, and thyme leaves (discard stems) to a small pot on medium heat. Stir occasionally until cheese is melted and smooth. Transfer dip to a small serving dish garnish with full thyme sprigs. Served warm with baguette slices.
