In collaboration with North Shore Distillery, the restaurant has launched its own spirit – The Dearborn Gin. Now available to enjoy while you dine, the crisp and bright gin is a custom blend with a traditional juniper berry base, citrus notes, and hint of Irish heather. Influenced by Proprietors Amy and Clodagh Lawless’ Irish heritage, the unique flavor profile stands alone or can be mixed effortlessly into your preferred cocktail. New Fall Menu Items
Inspiration for the cuisine at The Dearborn starts with classic American tavern food and from there Executive Chef Aaron Cuschieri taps into his passion for seasonal ingredients, farmers markets and contemporary culinary techniques. This fall, the restaurant has added some fresh, flavorful additions to the menu. The Fluke Crudo, served with fennel frond, finger limes, croutons, oranges, chive blossoms, borage flowers, shaved bottarga and a verjus vinaigrette offer the perfect light starter to kick off your dining experience. Offering a unique twist on well-known favorite, the Beef Bulgogi Fajitas are made with Korean marinated ribeye, housemade kimchee, assorted pickles, roasted mushrooms and are served on a sizzling skillet with flour tortillas. Mix together, build your fajita and enjoy the flavorful and fun dish, also perfect for sharing.
