CHICAGO (October 23, 2017) – Zapwater Communications announces that it has been retained as the public relations agency of record by two new clients, Indianapolis Marriott Downtown and Hyatt Regency by the Mall of America. These additions are part of the continued growth for Zapwater’s hospitality division this year.

Indianapolis Marriott Downtown is currently undergoing a $40 million renovation of its guestrooms, meeting spaces and lobby, as well as unveiling two brand new food and beverage concepts. The restaurant will be open in early 2018, with the hotel and bar slated to be completed in spring 2018. Once finished, the hotel will offer world-class accommodations for business and leisure travelers. This full service hotel is located within walking distance of more than 300 restaurants and shops in downtown Indianapolis and offers easy access to the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium via a state of the art, climate controlled skywalk.

Hyatt Regency by the Mall of America is situated near the mall and Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, and adjacent to the Bloomington Central Station Park. The contemporary 303-room property was designed with stylish and approachable modern luxury and is home to Urbana Craeft Kitchen & Market, helmed by Chef Paul Lynch. Proudly serving locally-sourced ingredients, and seasonally grown fruits and vegetables from the hotel’s on-site gardens and bee colony, Urbana gives new meaning to the farm-to-table movement with regional favorites and nods to Minnesota’s roots.
