Since starting at Zapwater more than two years ago, it has become tradition after a hot summer for our office to plan regular potluck lunches to get us through those cooler Chicago months.

From Thanksgiving to the Olympics, each potluck has its own unique theme and features an array of dishes. Zapwater's David Zapata always takes care of our main dish, while the rest of us play sous-chef, experimenting with new foods, bringing old office favorites or scavenging the salad bar at Whole Foods for a last-minute contribution.

This week, the Zapwater team kicked off our potluck season with a tailgate themed lunch. Wings, homemade chili, and chips and dip were among our starting line up, while pasta sides and veggies rounded out the special teams. Susie and our newest intern, Stephanie, definitely scored with their desserts.
