This local spot will aim to integrate the best of both casual and fine dining experiences with a menu of familiar flavors presented in an unexpected manner. From the ingredients and purveyors to the unique methods and thoughtful cuisine, the restaurant will serve at once as a destination spot and neighborhood hub, a gastronomic adventure and a casual place to meet up with friends for a meal. Trenchermen’s beverage program will be driven by the same innovative approach and ethos behind the cuisine and space.

Lucky for you, we have a sneak peak of the menu. Expected favorites include: • Sepia noodles, guajillo chili, sorrel and buttermilk • Scotch quail egg, osetra caviar, cauliflower • Scallop, oyster avgolemeno, egg yolk, puffed jasmine

In terms of design, the creative space planning of Trenchermen will utilize distinct main dining and bar areas while maintaining a singular sense of revelry by tying the two rooms together with seven open air windows between the two spaces. In this atelier styled space, the utilitarian aesthetic will conceptually incorporate the kitchen into both the bar and dining rooms in order to evoke the ambiance of a workshop.
