ZAPWATER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES NEW HOSPITALITY CLIENTS IN MILWAUKEE AND CHICAGO

CHICAGO (March 23, 2016) – Zapwater Communications, Inc. announces the addition of two new hospitality clients, both slated to open in spring 2016. They are:

  • Tre Rivali, and rooftop bar & lounge, The Outsider, both helmed by BravoTV “Top Chef” alum Executive Chef Heather Terhune. Both are located adjacent to The Kimpton Journeyman in Milwaukee.
  • Columbus Tap, a quintessential Chicago tap house experience, slated to open at Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park.

Tre Rivali will feature Mediterranean-inspired Modern American cuisine. The space includes a vibrant bar with a complementing cocktail program and adjoining Café with breakfast, fresh pastries and panini sandwiches. This will be Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants first Milwaukee restaurant.The rooftop bar & lounge, The Outsider, is set nine stories above the Historic Third Ward and will feature a craft beverage program and live music. The spacealso boasts retractable glass walls so guests can enjoy the outdoor elements year-round

Leading the culinary team at Columbus Tap is Chef Atticus Garant (DB Bistro, Fairmont Pacific Rim) with a fresh Midwest-focused menu that flirts with seasonal and regional ingredients, created to pair perfectly with the restaurant’s unique and extensive beer selection. The result is a gastropub with a neighborhood vibe and sophisticated offerings for locals and hotel guests alike.

Zapwater currently represents a diverse mix of chef-driven and trend-driven restaurants, flagged and boutique hotel properties, and global destinations. Recently, Zapwater received three HSMAI Adrian Awards for its work on behalf of Virgin Hotels Chicago.
